The biggest little play festival is back at The Arts Centre Gold Coast, feeding short attention spans with shot glass cabaret! As the sushi train of the performance world, Short+Sweet serves you new performance works by local artists - each one deliciously different from the next.
The Arts Centre in collaboration with Short + Sweet present Short + Sweet Cabaret.
By merging theatre and music, we create an atmosphere of inspiration and exploration. Stories, characters and songs are tested, risks are taken, and the audience participates in original and exciting projects.
See up to eight cabaret acts at once, then vote for your favourite to send them through to the Gala Finals. You don’t need a big appetite to sample everything on the menu – we’re here to keep it Short+Sweet.
