Q: I made a reservation online - when can I pay the remainder of my booking?
The balance of your account is to be paid on or before arrival, by direct deposit or over the phone with your credit card.
Full payment is required one month before check in. Direct deposit or credit card payment over the phone are available.
Q: What time is reception open?
Office hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5pm EST
Saturday and public holidays: 8:30am to 12pm EST
Sunday: 9am to 11am EST
Q: How do I get in after office hours?
On the right hand side of the front door you will see a phone.
Dial 99 and follow the instructions from the night service to get your key.
We request that you come to reception the following morning to complete your registration and provide car details for parking.
This is a requirement for all guests, even if fully paid. Please note there is no refund on any unused nights.
