Questions and answers about Anacapri Apartments' admin and reception including checking in, payments and more.
Q: I made a reservation online - when can I pay the remainder of my booking?
Low-Mid Season:
The balance of your account is to be paid on or before arrival, by direct deposit or over the phone with your credit card.
High Season:
Full payment is required one month before check in. Direct deposit or credit card payment over the phone are available.
Q: What time is reception open?
Office hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5pm EST
Saturday and public holidays: 8:30am to 12pm EST
Sunday: 9am to 11am EST
Q: How do I get in after office hours?
- On the right hand side of the front door you will see a phone.
- Dial 299 and follow the instructions from the night service to get your key.
- We request that you come to reception the following morning to complete your registration and provide car details for parking.
This is a requirement for all guests, even if fully paid. Please note there is no refund on any unused nights.
