Terms and Conditions

Check in is from 2pm
Check out is by 10am. Fees apply to a late check out but this must be approved by reception on the day of departure before 9am and will depend on availability.

If you are arriving outside office hours (8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 12pm Saturdays, 9am – 11am Sundays) we use a night service for your entry to the building. On the right hand side of the front door you will see a phone. Dial 299 and follow the instructions from the night service to get your key. We request that you come to reception the following morning to complete your registration and provide car details for parking. This is a requirement for all guests, even if fully paid. Please note there is no refund on any unused nights.

All units are air-conditioned for your comfort.

Car Parking
At Anacapri we have secure underground parking for 1 car per unit. You will need an apartment key to enter and exit the car park. Parking is permitted in your designated car space only. If you are bringing 2 or more cars the others will have to be garaged off site or street parked. Please provide the car registration number to reception in order to gain your designated car space number. Height restrictions apply. Note: It is an offence to park adjacent to yellow lines in Queensland.

Hire items
We can assist with the arrangements to hire cots, high chairs, strollers etc. Please make these arrangements with reception prior to your arrival. Payment is made directly with reception. Cancellation of any hire items is required 24 hrs prior else full payment will be required.

Directions for arrival by car
From the North:
Take the Pacific Highway and turn left at exit 66 to the Smith Street Motorway. Continue to the end of this road. Turn right to the Gold Coast Highway at the T intersection. Follow this through Surfers Paradise. Go past the Q1 building (on your left) and turn right into Enderley Avenue. Anacapri is at the end of the road on your right..

From the South.
Take the Gold Coast Highway through Broadbeach. Turn right into Surfers Paradise Boulevard and take the first left into Enderley Avenue. Anacapri is at the end of the road on your right..

After Office Hours Arrivals

Please note that in your apartment you will have fresh linen and towels supplied. For stays of 8 days or longer there is an included service in your stay. Initial starters of toilet tissue, laundry powder, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher powder, tea, coffee and sugar are in the unit. Guests are then required to supply their own essentials. You can choose to bring these with you or we can provide directions to the nearest shops. For your convenience toilet paper and sachets of detergent may be purchased at reception.

Conditions of Stay
The terms and conditions of stay are for the protection of both parties and departure from these by you permits the owner or the owner’s representative to refuse the key, amend the rent, or immediately terminate the occupancy.

1.    The premises are let to you for the period stated in the confirmation letter and for the number of guests booked and paid for.
2.    The apartment is available from 2pm on the day of arrival and you are required to be departed no later than 10am on the day of departure. The apartment is to be left in a clean and tidy condition, such as rubbish to be removed to the bins provided outside on ground floor behind reception, dishes washed, dried and put in their original position. Failure to do so will incur extra cleaning. Separate bins are provided for rubbish and recycling.
3.    The balance of the tariff (if any) is to be paid upon arrival and before tenancy.
4.    The booking is made in good faith by us and may be subject to change. We cannot accept responsibility for the actions taken by the owner of the premises outside our control.
5.    Definitely no pets on the premises.
6.    Upon arrival a guest registration form is to be completed by the guest giving their valid credit card details. This serves as a security bond. Alternatively a cash security bond can be paid and held until the management has inspected the apartment. The guest is responsible for any breakages, damages and additional cleaning charges which are a result of their visit.
7.    All damages or losses to the property, furniture, fittings, fixtures and items in the apartment are to be reported to management and paid for immediately. An administration fee will apply for charges made after departure that were not reported. An indicative price list can found in the Guest Compendium in each apartment.
8.    No responsibility is taken for tenant’s personal property left on the premises.
9.    No person shall engage in conduct that is nuisance to other occupiers.
10.    Tariffs are subject to change without notice. We cannot be responsible for bookings without prior inspection by the tenant if accommodation is unsatisfactory upon arrival. No refund will be given if you are not satisfied with the accommodation.
11.    In the event that the apartment is for sale then the tenant agrees to allow the owner or his agent to inspect the property with prospective purchasers during reasonable hours, by appointment.
12.    The agreed deposit is to be paid in order to confirm your reservation. Non payment is understood to be a cancellation.
13.    No private functions are to be held in the apartment without written consent of the owner.
14.    The apartments are owned individually. No items are to be moved between apartments or removed from apartments. A fee will apply for any items missing from the apartment in which it should be.

Cancellation Policy
ANACAPRI Holiday Resort Apartments adopts the following practice when dealing with cancellation of a direct holiday booking.

HIGH SEASONS

  • If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $30.00.
  • If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of $30.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.

MID & LOW SEASON

  • If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $30.00.
  • If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of $30.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.


SHORT NOTICE BOOKINGS
Where a booking is made less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of $30.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.

CONFIRMED BOOKINGS

  • A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed.
  • A deposit of $300.00 will confirm a one-week booking during mid and low seasons.
  • A deposit of $400.00 will confirm a one-week booking in Indy & High season.
  • Indy and High Seasons the balance is due one month prior to arrival.


The administration fee covers the cost of processing the booking, receipting and banking the money, cancelling the booking from the system, drawing the refund cheque, mailing the refund cheque with a covering letter and meeting bank charges.

The booking is made in good faith by us and subject to change. We can not accept responsibility for actions taken by the owner of the premises outside our control.

GROUP BOOKINGS - High season policy applies

Outside one (1) month prior to arrival - no cancellation fee applies. An administration fee of $30.00 per unit will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.

If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking.
