Late check-ins
Office hours are as follows: Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5pm EST Saturday and public holidays: 8:30am to 12pm EST Sunday: 9am to 11am EST
How do I get in after office hours?
1) On the right hand side of the front door you will see a phone.
2) Dial 299 and follow the instructions from the night service to get your key.
3) We request that you come to reception the following morning to complete your registration and provide car details for parking.
This is a requirement for all guests, even if fully paid. Please note there is no refund on any unused nights.
Payment of booking

When can I pay the remainder of my booking?
Low-Mid Season:
The balance of your account is to be paid on or before arrival, by direct deposit or over the phone with your credit card.
High Season:
Full payment is required one month before check in. Direct deposit or credit card payment over the phone are available.

What is included with the apartment?
All apartments are fully self-contained with full size kitchens, laundry facilities and bathrooms. You will be supplied with bedroom and bathroom linen as well as a complimentary start-off kit. Guests then provide their own supplies to ensure an affordable holiday.
All guests have access to the Anacapri pool, spa, sauna and gym.

Can I book tours, theme park tickets and airport transfers through Anacapri?
We have a tour desk at reception for your convenience or you can pre-book from our home page on this website by clicking the "book your tours and attractions online" button at the bottom of the page.
If you require airport transfers we can arrange your pickups to and from Anacapri in Surfers Paradise. To do this please provide us with the following information:

Can we hire tennis rackets from reception?
Tennis rackets and balls are available for hire from reception during office hours for $5 per racket plus a $10 deposit. This also includes balls and court times can also be booked by room number are reception.
Is the pool at Anacapri heated?
Our outside pool and spa are heated during winter to ensure comfortable swimming temperatures throughout the year.

How do we get to Anacapri?
Transfers from Gold Coast Airport
Gold Coast Airport is 22 km from Surfers Paradise and Anacapri Apartments.
We can book one-way or return transfers for you if you require this service. To enable us to do this please provide us with the following information:

TRAIN
The train is available to bring you to the Gold Coast " please visit www.airtrain.com.au for times.
The train station to transfer to is Helensvale where a Surfside bus is available to transfer you to Anacapri Apartments in Surfers Paradise.
How close are you to Gold Coast attractions?
CAVILL AVENUE is only a few blocks away and it takes approximately 8 minutes to walk there.
The beautiful SURFERS PARADISE BEACH is only one block away and takes approximately 3 minutes to walk.
SHOPPING CENTRES
Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and " maximum 10 minute bus ride
Harbour Town outlet shopping centre " between 30 and 40 minute bus ride
Australia Fair Shopping Centre - 10 minute bus ride
ENTERTAINMENT
Movie Cinemas are located at Australia Fair and Pacific Fair
Jupiters Casino is at Broadbeach " maximum 10 minute bus ride
THEME PARKS
Dreamworld and White Water World, Movieworld and Wet N Wild are approximately 30 minutes away from Surfers Paradise due to the size of the parks.
Seaworld is approximately 10 minutes from Surfers Paradise on the Southport 'Spit'
How do we get to the theme parks from Anacapri?
BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Routes TX1 and TX2 Surfside buses from Surfers Paradise to Dreamworld and White Water World, Movieworld and Wet N Wild run regularly across the Gold Coast Highway from Anacapri Apartments.
Route 750 Surfside buses run regularly from Surfers Paradise to Seaworld on Anacapri’s adjoining Surfers Paradise Boulevard.
BY THEME PARK TRANSFER
Theme park transfers pick you up and drop you off to the Anacapri Apartment reception. These need to be booked 24 hours in advance and can be organised from our tour desk.
